Joseph Avis is a degree qualified Senior Planning Engineer with an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to project planning ensuring successful delivery of complex deliverables.

Have worked under extreme pressure in the Oil & Gas industry, Nuclear and Civil, obtaining clearance to work.

Spent 6 years at AWE, starting as a graduate and working towards becoming a qualified planner across numerous projects on the site, working under the intense nuclear regulations.

Moved to Wood PLC to join INEOS Project One, a high-value EPC project, overseeing the construction of an Ethane Cracker with a project value exceeding $100 million.

Following the successful home office planning phase of the programme, the project moved to site based.

This is where Joseph set up his own company to offer his expertise on a contractual basis. The first client being through Bilfinger UK on AWE site where he has been since July 2024.
